Jacksonville

Willie Joe Larry-Purdiman was born November 5, 2001, to Hope Purdiman Young and Willie Joe Larry in Little Rock Arkansas. He departed from this life Monday, March 24, 2025.

Willie attended school at 7th Street, Clinton, and Sylvan Hills High School. He continued his education through C-Step and graduated in 2016.

Although his life was short lived. Willie was one person you could call, no matter what. He just had a spirit and soul of love that he expressed to and for his family. Willie loved his family so much. He was a quiet kid growing up and as he got older, my baby became a man of his words. He loved his Chrysler 300. He also loved working for people, through lawn care and mechanical services. Lil Willie’s main love was his mother’s cooking, especially her potatoes, mashed and the homemade French fries.

Willie loved his nieces and nephews; Layrun, Laiden, Ka’Jahira, Kamrn, Ka’loni, Ka’Maria, Ka’Meterius and Ty’Shawn and his daughter Harmony L. Cooper. He would never go without playing with them. Willie and Ty’Juan were like two peas in a pod, they just loved their family.

Preceding Willie in death is his grandmother, Bernestine Jones and grandfather, Earnest Purdiman, Sr.; his aunts, Phyllis Malone, Jaqueline Wyrick, and Charlene Perdue; his uncle, Earnest Purdiman, Jr., and his brother, Ty’Juan Purdiman.

He leaves to mourn his passing his daughter, Harmony L. Cooper; his mother, Hope (Antwone) Young; his father, Willie Joe (Monica) Larry; three (3) brothers, Kealin Purdiman, O’Sean Purdiman and Rashawd Larry; special brothers, Cameron Williams, Rayshawn Freeman, Kendrick Purdiman, Kory Smith, JaQuin, Karlos (Los) and Chris Young; three (3) sisters, Branae, Nadia and Adrianna Young; his grandmother, Earnestine Rogers; his five (5) aunts, Glennis Allen, Rekena Purdiman, Gwynne Purdiman, Patricia Larry, and Kim Larr; his four (4) uncles, Ollie Jones, Charles Jones, Travis Ferguson and Robert Larry; special friends, Cip Young, Arya’nna Sanders, Taleah L.
