Tracy’s Life Journey
Tracy Yvette Brooks was born on November 30, 1974, to the late Tommy Brooks and Georgia Brooks. Tracy was preceded in death by three siblings: Tony Brooks, Thomas Brooks, and Hughey Brooks. Tracy accepted Christ at an early age in life.
She graduated from Central High School in Little Rock. Tracy continued on with her education at Philander Smith College studying Psychology. She was a devoted manager for Citi-Trends and a store manager at Gymboree in Little Rock, Arkansas. Tracy actively attended church until her health failed. She enjoyed going shopping, traveling, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
Tracy leaves to cherish her memory, a daughter, Keithra Guyton; son, Kelin O’Neal of Little Rock, Arkansas; four sisters, Sylvia Willis, Regina Brooks, Sheila (Kermit) Williams, and Kim Brooks of Little Rock, Arkansas; two brothers, Crayton James and Cecil Brooks of Little Rock; two half-sisters, Maxine Timms and Christine Johnson of St. Louis Missouri., and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition, she is survived by the people whose lives she touched throughout her journey and the children she loved as her own.
Tracy’s dedication to family and Christian faith led all aspects of her life. Many have cherished memories of her boldness, fierceness, determination, and sweet sense of humor. Tracy had great joy in expressing herself through her flair for fashion, beauty, and many different fragrances. She was a compassionate, loving, caring mother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend whose memory lives on through her many loving acts of kindness and the profound impact she had on the lives of others.
