Mark Devon Bailey

Mark Devon Bailey, was born January 12, 1972, in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was the son of Danny McDaniel Sr. and the late Felicia Annette Bailey.

He received his education in the Little Rock School District and was a graduate of J.A.Fair High School in 1991. He briefly attended Philander Smith College. He was a devoted father to his children, that loved cooking and spending time with family and close friends.

Mark transitioned from this life on Saturday, January 27, 2024. He was proceeded in death by his grandmothers; Gloria Jean Rogers and Dorothy McDaniel and grandfathers; Golden Rogers and Norah McDaniel.

He leaves to cherish his memories, four daughters; Shania Bailey, McKenna Bailey, Madison Bailey, Malia Bailey, his only son; Montrell Bailey, five sisters; Tangelia (Robert) Cato, Dana (Robert) Lee, DeShawna McDaniel, Shawn (Albert) Farmer, Nikki (Walter) Tillman-McIntosh, three brothers; Danny McDaniel Jr., Patrick (Tesla) McDaniel, Adrian McDaniel, two granddaughters; Nylah and Mila, a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, lifelong friends, and his Black Angus Family. 

A visitation will be held Thursday, February 7, 2024 from 6-7pm at Hardy Funeral Home Memorial Chapel, 5300 West 12th Street. Little Rock, Arkansas. Funeral services will be held Friday, February 9, 2024, 11:00am, St. Mark Baptist Church, 5722 West 12th
