Kelsey Lamont Brown, Sr. was born March 5,1972 in Little Rock. Arkansas to Jerome Brown and Teereather Roddy
“Sleezy”, as Kelsey was affectionately known by all who knew him, accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. Kelsey attended Augusta High School, where he later received his Commercial Driver's license (CDL). Kelsey drove commercial trucks for more than 30 years before his health began to fail.
Kelsey loved and enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren. Family was everything to him. Kelsey's loved watching shows on his favorite channel which was the History Channel and playing the video games. Oh, yeah, he loved to joke around a lot too.
Kelsey transitioned from this earthly life in the early hours of Sunday March 12, 2024 at Unity Health White County Medical Center in Searcy, Arkansas.
Kelsey’s memories will forever be cherished by his parents; Jerome (Doris) Brown of Searcy, Arkansas and Teereather Kinnerly of Peoria, Illinois, 5 son’s: Deshawn Brown of Searcy Arkansas Trae Brown of Bentonville, Arkansas, Lezley Jones of Jacksonville, Arkansas, Kelsey Brown, Jr. of Searcy, Arkansas, and Jaylin (Jana) Brown of Searcy, Arkansas, 2 daughters: Brianna Robert Brown of Searcy, Arkansas and Chelsea Brown of Little Rock, Arkansas, 6 brothers: Carlos Roddy of Cabot, Arkansas, Kelvin (Kimberly) Parker of Little Rock, Arkansas, David Parker of Searcy Arkansas, Jarrell (Ce’Jae) Brown of Searcy, Arkansas, Trenton Brown of Searcy, Arkansas, and Scott Kinderly of Colorado Springs, Colorado, 2 grandsons: Kyrinn Brown and Adrian Brown, 3 granddaughters: Arianna Lynn Jones, Maraya Jhene Jones, Londyn Elsee Brown, and a host of other relatives and friends.
