Joyce Dianne Fennessee

Joyce Dianne Fennessee (Rowe) was born to Robert and Eloise Rowe on August 9, 1953, NLR, AR. Joyce united in holy matrimony to her high school sweetheart, the love of her life, “her man” David Fennessee Sr. on May 4, 1974. To this union 3 children were born. 

Joyce and family moved to the McAlmont Community from the Military Heights in 1963. Joyce was a 1971 graduate of Jacksonville High School in Jacksonville, Arkansas. Joyce accepted Christ at an early age and was a faithful member of McAlmont Church of Christ before becoming a dedicated member of Agape Community Temple of Servants. She worked with the Culinary dept, Usher ministry, and Ministers, Deacons, and Trustee Wives.

Joyce attended Pulaski Vocational Technical College in North Little Rock, AR in 1991. Joyce, begin her career at Southwestern Bell at the age of 18 and retired in early 2002, which is now known as AT&T. Joyce loved singing, cooking, feeding who she could, making others laugh, and spending time with family, and friends.

Joyce transitioned to eternal rest on Sept. 24, 2024, in North Little Rock, AR. 

Joyce, preceded in death by her parents; siblings: Jean, Robert Edward, Donald Sr, Ronnie Sr, and Sharon Rowe; son David Jr. 

She leaves to cherish her memory: Husband, David Fennessee, Sr; Daughters: Jillian (Frank) Stewart, Connie (Donald II) Crossley, and her nephew/son Devin Jones, 9 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, and a host of relatives and friends.
