Heather Dawn Poole

Heather Dawn Poole was born on May 6th, 1978, to Earnest Poole JR. and Teresa Grant. She is the youngest daughter to Teresa. Heather united with First Pentecostal Church under the leadership of the late Bishop Leodies Warren at a very young age. 

Heather graduated from North Little Rock High and was employed by Black Bear Dinner for several years. 

Heather gained wings on September 27th, 2024. She was preceded in death by her father Earnest Poole JR, her grandfather James Warren, and her brother Jason L. Poole. 

Heather is the mother of Kanaveon Johnson and Leondre’ Tyrese Johnson. She adored her sons. She was a loving mother. She was instrumental in raising several other young men. They also referred to her as their mother. She never turned away a person in need. Whether it was feeding them, giving them a place to stay, or just being a listening ear. She was a very kind-hearted and generous person. 

Heather loved life and celebrated it to the fullest. She loved to socialize. She was blessed to have a very large family, and with as many siblings, cousins and friends she has she loved to get together and have fun. There was never a dull moment when Heather was around. She was always the life of the party. She’d have everyone laughing when she entered the room. Her favorite color is purple, and she also loves butterflies. 

Heather leaves to cherish her memories; her sons; Kanaveon Johnson and Leondre Tyrese Johnson, mother; Teresa Grant, stepmother; Michelle Poole sisters; Aletha Nicci (Greg) Warren, Tammy (Naim) Halloway, Shaveta (Anthony) Tye, Desarie (Patrick) Pippens, Genesis Green, brothers; Kelvin D (Lakesia) Poole, Joshua W (Tonka) Poole, Christopher (Brandi) Ware, Nathan (Crystal) Poole, Bradley (Marcus) Poole.
