Elijah Lamont McGee affectionately known as “Lil E” was born November 21, 2006, to his loving parents Eric and Leveda McGee. He was their pride and joy. He gave his life to Christ and was baptized on March 6, 2022, at New Nation Church International under the leadership of Pastor Ramone Woodall. Elijah was a faithful member of New Nation Church International where he participated in the Junior Deacon Ministry.
Elijah had a contagious laugh and brought joy to everyone he encountered. Elijah was entering his Junior year at Bryant High School and was expected to graduate in 2026. Elijah balanced his academics and dedicated volunteer services in the culinary department at Bryant High School.
His passion for basketball, football, enthusiasm for dancing and making people laugh were evident in all aspects of his life. Elijah’s personality and spirit were shown through his character as a leader on and off the court. Known for his kind heart and quick wit, and infectious smile, Elijah left a lasting impact on everyone he met. Lil E continued the love for basketball as a videographer and sideline coach for his classmates. During the summer Elijah worked as an intern for the City of Little Rock. He was a summer camp counselor at West Central Community Center. There he worked with youth ages 5-15. He led the teen groups in various recreation activities and programs.
Elijah is proceeded in death by his maternal grandfather Herley Gene Landrum, paternal grandfather Larry Eugene McGee.

Grandmothers: Otherine Bembry of Kansas City, MO.; Mary Scott of Little Rock, AR.; Aunts: LaMonica Scott and Gloritha Scott both of Little Rock, AR., Kelley Perry of Baltimore, MD, Kara Lanette McGee and LaChandra Calhoun both of Kansas City, MO., Tammy (Will) McDonald and Ann McGee both of Hazen, AR.; Uncles: Kevin McGee of Kansas City, MO., Eddie (Amanda) Smith of East Malone, IL., Larry McGee and Willie McGee both of Hazen, AR.; Godfather: Charles Thomas. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, teachers, co-workers, and church family.
