The Life Story of Apostle Edward Paige, Jr.
Apostle Edward Paige, Jr., of Redfield, Arkansas, departed this life on Monday, April 29, 2024. Edward was born on January 27, 1963, in Little Rock, Arkansas to his parents, Pastor Edward Paige, Sr. and Lady Gloria Page.
Edward accepted Christ as his personal Savior at an early age under the leadership of Pastor Andrew Barron. He graduated from Parkview High School in Little Rock, was employed with Alcoa Pine Nursing and Health for over 25 years.
Affectionately known as “Thin Man”, Edward loved spending time with his family. His favorite past time was watching sports, especially his favorite basketball team, the Golden State Warriors and his favorite football team, the Philadelphia Eagles. If you were ever around him while he was watching his games, you will fondly remember him drinking his cokes and eating his chicken wings and rocks throughout the games.
Edward and his wife, Sonya, committed their lives to speaking the Word of God. In 2016, they founded their own ministry, Yahweh, and faithfully lived what they preached.
Although illness took him away from this world, his kind spirit will live in the hearts of all of those who loved him.
Edward is survived by his wife, Pastor Sonya Corley Paige; six beautiful children who he was the proud father of, Edward Paige, III (Little Rock, Arkansas), Cedric Paige (New York), Aaron Paige (Little Rock, Arkansas), Malik Corley (Conway, Arkansas), Jasmine Paige (North Little Rock, Arkansas), and Diasha Moore (McKinney, Texas); three grandchildren, Kaydence Jeanice Paige, Edward Paige, IV, and Zion Paige; four siblings, Jacquelyn Block (Little Rock, Arkansas), Pastor Shelia Moore (Little Rock, Arkansas), Angela Harris (Little Rock, Arkansas), and Kendall Paige (Little Rock, Arkansas); two goddaughters, Crystal White and Rose Thompson, as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
