Dwight Dwayne Chatman

Dwight Dwayne Chatman was born February 10, 1961 to the late James and Effie Chatman. He attended Greater Second Baptist under the late Rev. Curtis Rideout. October 1, 2024, Dwight gave his life to Christ under the leadership of Pastor Kerney Thomas during The Miracles, Signs, and Wonders Crusade held in Little Rock, Arkansas

Dwight graduated from Little Rock Central High School in 1979. He incurred various of talents such as drawing, astrology, geology, and horoscopes. He loved to draw, collect and work on model cars. Dwight worked and retired from Pirelli Armstrong. He also spent time caring for both of his parents along with his niece and nephews who lived in the home. Dwight was always happy and enjoyed celebrating everyone’s success when he learned of them receiving a blessing.

During his leisure time he enjoyed discussing the Lord and his favorite bible scripture, fishing, cooking(grilling), green thumb for plants, laughing with family and friends, and making jokes about (winning money). His favorite saying was always, “Green is for the Money and Gold was for the Honey”

He was preceded in death by both parents James and Effie Chatman; Two brothers, Andrew Beavers, Sr. and Calvin Chatman; One sister, Pamela Nelson. He leaves to cherish his two aunts, Mae Lue and Frances Chatman; One uncle, Earl Matthews; Nieces and Nephews, and a host of family and friends.
