Cassondra Michelle Brown (Foxxy), 54, of North Little Rock, Arkansas, passed away on March 12, 2025.
She was born on March 08, 1971, in North Little Rock, Arkansas, to her parents, Leodis (Leo) Brown and Mary (DUCK) Brow grandparents Watson.
Cassondra gave her life to Christ at an early age, under the leadership of Reverend Harold Shirley at Mt. Ararat Baptist Church, she joined New Hope Baptist Church as a young adult, under the leadership of Reverend Don Kelly and Reverend Carlos Kelly. Cassondra loved spending time with family, especially her grandson and great-grandson. Cassondra’s academic excellence earned her two diplomas. She graduated from Northeast High School, class of 1989, she then went on to college at Tennessee State University for three years working on a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice when she decided that she loved doing hair more than anything else. She enrolled in Lee’s Cosmetology School where she earned her Cosmetologist License.
She was a talented beautician who loved doing hair and talking to people. She was a genuine, good listener. She loved cooking and eating different food and outdoor activities whenever possible. Along with being a wonderful auntie to her three nieces and two nephews, she also loved being social and greatly loved her Hardy Funeral family.
Cassondra is survived by her grandson and great-grandson, Christian Dante Taylor and Christian Dante Taylor Jr, of North Little Rock, Arkansas, and her father Mr. Leodis Brown, of Little Rock, Arkansas, and mother Mrs. Mary E. Watson, of North Little Rock, Arkansas and one sister, Yolonda Renee-Brown-Callahan (Jerome F. Callahan), of Little Rock, Arkansas, one brother Le’Aubrey Demon’ Brown (Shea McFadden-Brown She is also survived by 3 special nieces (Chavania Michelle Brown, Aubreona La’Nae Ward, De’Myla Shundre’ Brown; two special Nephews; De’Marik Shammond Brown and Daxson Shea Brown will all miss her dearly. And a host of Aunties, Uncles, Cousins and Friends, she loved.
Cassondra’s greatest joy was being a mother to her son, Christopher Dante Taylor who proceeds her in death, as well as her fiancé, Floyd King her maternal grandparents Samuel and Elizabeth Holloway, and her paternal grandparents, Isaac and Alberta Bone-Brow
